Now that is a data center in flux! I am still seeing the proper URL (not the 302'd) in the results for now. Thanks for the update tho.

Interestingly enough I just came across another 302'ed url showing up in ranking reports run last night. However by the time I checked it this afternoon the intended url was back to showing as the result. Makes me wonder if things like this happen during major index updating events. I'll be looking for others.

@Bill Thanks for the info. I will keep an eye on the stickyness of the new URLs and see if the old URLs returns over the next couple weeks. Could be experiencing a test similar to the one you saw. Would you mind doing me the favor of going back and checking up on that client for me to see if their 302'd urls are there or not? Thanks! (the more data the merrier)

I'll be curious to see if the rankings for the 302'ed urls remain for long. I'd noticed some similar happenings for a client several months ago but within a week or two the previous url was back in the SERPs replacing the 302'ed version.
