It appears that the Google adWords Keyword Tool is having some issues with the Exclude terms feature that they had added not that long ago. This has been a critical feature to the new tool as Google only displays 100 keyphrases at a time. It allows you to remove chunks of improperly targeted keyphrases from teh list before you download them.
