State Rankings for Public Golf Related Searches

At the end a recent quest to come up with a state-by-state search volume analysis for golf search phrases that related to the public golf course market I realized that not only have I come up with some solid numbers but I came up with a ranking order.

Some of the rankings are a no brainer as to where they showed up on the list: #1 Florida and #51 Alaska. It was however very interesting to see how the central part of the list (rankings #11 – #39) developed as I was crunching the numbers.

.Tel Domains to Use Keywords to get into SERPs

It was pointed out today that the upcoming .Tel domains will be crawled by the search engines and will rely heavily on a 1990’s throwback technique of using a Keywords field to achieve rankings in the SERPs.

TLD Management Service Launched

TLD Managers - There you have it, one of the first TLD Management websites is up and running. It took less that 24 hours since the announcement that ICANN is going to open up TLDs to increase the real estate on the Internet to get TLD Managers up.

TLD Managers is a top-level domain management service that will help you with registration and management of a TLD. Expect much more to come from this service. They plan taking an active roll in shaping the new TLD expansion by trying to get involved with ICANN.
